The Coat of Arms were adopted for the accession to the title of Grand Duchy. The Coat of Arms evolved from the Coat of Arms of the County and Duchy of Mauquibie.

Azure, a fleur de lys Or. And upon the Crown of the Grand Duke of Mauquibie. The shield surrounded by a scroll azure inscribed with the motto: Gentem, Honoris, Imperium. Placed on a hand of justice and a sceptre with a cross-bearing orb. And for supporters on the dexter and on the sinister, two angels bearing the flag of Mauquibie as well as a lance with a fleur de lys and the flag of Mauquibie. Resting on a mantle azure semé-de-lis lined with ermine or surmounted by a pavilion azure. And upon the Crown of the Grand Duke of Mauquibie.
