Jeremy Clinton, (born 18 April 1927) is a Livanan statesman and activist who served as the first and longest serving Prime Minister of Livana between 1980 to 1995, leading a new Liberal government in the wake of the fall of the Tarsis Regime with the imprisonment and subsequent death of President Tarsis Vitruvia. Clinton's long 15 years of premiership oversaw Livana's transition into a Semi-Presidential Republic, and the overhaul of the Livanan Constitution during the process known as the Livanan Great Reforms. Establishing the position of Prime Minister as the new head of the executive, Clinton sought privatization and restructuration of Livana's finances, managing to restore the nation's economy and welfare status by 1990.

Clinton was born to an impoverished family in Livonia's northern slums. His father, Ronald Clinton, was a clockmaker and young Clinton would often helped his father run his workshop. After his graduation from Livonia State University, Clinton became a well known social-democratic activist, writing for the national newspaper, Nuntium Propelante while also running his late father's growing business. In 1965, Clinton ran as a Workers and Labours MP and won. He went on to have successful political career, and eventually elected to the position of Collegiate Speaker. In 1979, Clinton became the main voice behind the new reformist faction, and formed the Liberal Party of Livana. He became the primary candidate for Prime Minister after Tarsis was arrested, and assumed office in 11th February 1980.

After his tenure as Prime Minister, he resigned from public life and devoted himself to his family and business. In 2003, he gave his clockmaking business to his grandchildren, Michael Clinton, and retired to his small tenement in Livonia. He died of Pneumonia in Livonia General Hospital on 8th February 2022, and was given a state funeral arranged by President Trenton. He is regarded as one of the best statesman and historical figure in Livana's history, and has always been highly regarded.
