The Mediterranean Sea is a sea in the eastern half of the South Pacific region of Pacifica. It connects to the South Pacific Ocean to the west and the Eastern Ocean to the east, and it almost completely enclosed in land by the continents of Bailtem to the north and Bareland to the south. The Extended Mediterranean Region in and surrounding the Mediterranean Sea has remained a central region in Pacifican geopolitical and economic affairs since antiquity and possesses multiple current and former economic, military, and colonial powers.
